Formation of Contract

All requests and enquiries to enquire about items from www.jgfm.co.uk (referred to in these Terms & Conditions as “we” and “us”) will be provisional and non-binding unless or until a “Confirmation of enquiry” email has been sent to the e-mail address of the registered user. For the avoidance of doubt a contract between the parties shall not be established until this takes place.

Privacy & Security

When you enquire about our products online we may ask for information like your name, email address, delivery address and telephone number.  This information is necessary to enable us to process your enquiry and liaise with you about it.

Data Protection

We comply with all aspects of the Data Protection Act. Unless expressly volunteered, any data we hold will not be used for any mailings and will not be passed to any third party.

Payment

We do not make any transactions on this site.

Pricing

We do our best to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time you make your enquiry. If an error is found, we’ll inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming  at the correct price.

Stock Availability

We try to ensure that we have sufficient stock but know that some items sell faster than expected and although we’ll always try to get stock replenished its not always possible. We’ll provide the most up to date information we have on availability and will do our absolute best to ensure you get the items you want. We accept no liability arising from any inability to supply goods due to lack of stock other than returning any payments made to you.

Descriptions

We’ve attempted to ensure that the specification and description of all items is correct on the website and shows them off to the best of our ability. Sometimes they will be even better than you expected.

As soon as an enquiry is received, we will send you an email confirming its receipt. This email should be received at the very latest within 24 hours. If you do not receive an enquiry confirmation email, please contact us using the methods outlined in the contact us section.

International Orders

We do not accept online orders outside the UK. For international orders please contact us to discuss your delivery.
