We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for cultivating new leads, managing current customer relationships, and delivering outstanding customer service to our valued customers. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company’s growth and success as you work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be required to undertake manufacturer’s training courses on-line and off-site. You will be working closely with the Service and Parts Departments to ensure maximum business efficiency and customer satisfaction.


  • Knowledge of agricultural machinery and farming practices or transferable skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Can do attitude to resolve issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident communication skills to internal and external contacts
  • Full driver’s licence
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends when required and represent the company at shows & events.
  • Ability to use standard computer applications, internet functions & sales tools
